ScribeUp
Built in Australia, for Australian practice

Every clinician in Australia is writing at night.

ScribeUp listens to the consult and writes the documentation in your discipline’s own format. Nothing you say is ever stored.

“You got that first loop on your own — did you notice?”

Progress note

M.R. · 12 Aug · 45 min · Home visit

Goal 1.2

Independently fasten shoes using the bunny-ear method

First loop completed independently in 2 of 3 attempts. Verbal prompt required for the second. Task initiated without the visual prompt card — a change from the May review.

Goal 2.4

Sustain a tripod pencil grasp for writing tasks

Grasp held for approximately four minutes before reverting to a four-finger grip.

Plan

Next session

Trial a textured grip aid. Parent to practise the first loop once daily.

Illustrative output. NDIS, GP and Psychiatrists & Specialists formats are all available today.

The paperwork grew. The day didn’t.

Somewhere between the training and the practice, documentation turned into a second job. Allied health practitioners write up sessions at the kitchen table. Psychiatrists catch up on review notes between appointments and again after the last one. Specialists running their own clinic absorb the admin a larger practice would hand to somebody else. It adds up to hours every week, and none of it is the part anyone trained for.

ScribeUp doesn’t ask you to work differently. It writes down what already happened, so the day can end when the last patient leaves.

How it works

Four steps, and you only do two of them.

  1. 01

    Get consent, then hit record

The app asks for consent before every session, every single time, not once at signup.

  2. 02

    It listens while you work

Captured securely on your own device for the whole session. A dropped connection doesn't cost you the note.

  3. 03

    It writes in your format

The consult becomes a document shaped for your discipline: a goal-mapped progress note, a consult note, a letter back to the referrer.

  4. 04

You check it, and it's yours

Read it, change anything, then copy it into your own system — or, once you've got an account, install the Chrome extension to record from a side panel next to your EHR tab instead of switching between them. That's where the record belongs, and we don't keep a copy of it.

Who it’s for

One way of working. A different document for every clinician.

A progress note, a psychiatric review and a clinical note have almost nothing in common except that someone has to write them. Each speciality gets its own formats and its own vocabulary rather than a generic summary with your profession’s name at the top.

Pricing

Priced per speciality, not one-size-fits-all.

Volume and templates differ by discipline, so each vertical has its own tiers. Pick yours to see the full breakdown.

We can’t leak what we never kept.

Every clinical AI tool promises your data is secure. That usually means it’s stored somewhere, encrypted, behind someone else’s login. We went the other way and built a product that keeps nothing, so there is no archive to breach, subpoena or sell.

Not archived. Not anonymised. Not held for thirty days. Gone.

  • Nothing is retained

Audio, transcript and the draft exist for as long as it takes to write the document, then they're discarded.

  • Your account lives in Australia

The little we do store, your login, your subscription, your settings, sits in an Australian region.

  • Never used for training

No consultation of yours trains a model, ours or anyone else's. That's a configuration, not a promise.

End the day when the day ends.

Try it on your next consultation. If the document isn’t good enough to use, you’ve spent nothing and you can walk away.
